Hi ladies,

My coaching is about helping you give yourself permission to live a life you are excited to live.

The shift in my own career came when I went to work one day and my boss, put another project on my table without any extra pay, when I cancelled yet another outing with my mom because I was dedicated to staying late at work (for the team), when another holiday came around and I could only request a couple of days because someone else put in their request before mine, and when that feeling of waking up feeling like it was just another day.

I asked myself, “Am I going to let another year, better yet another day go by feeling less than my God given self?

My answer: not another damn day feeling mediocre like the rest of the world.

I was called to coach, I do it well and have been for over 20 years, but a little here and a little there. Not fully owning it, always having another job "just in case". When I wake up in the morning, I get to feel that exhilaration, like who do I get to work with today? Who do I get to guide and help live their most awesome life. So, ladies that’s what I did. That’s why you’re on this website. I made the decision.
