Coaching is a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between the Client and Coach. The coaching experience supports the Client in establishing new self-development habits, accomplishing goals, and setting a path for achievement. The coaching relationship is strength-based, forward-looking, collaborative and confidence building. The coaching agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between the Client and Coach. The role of the Coach is to help the client experience new possibilities for their life and create meaningful goals. The coaching experience teaches the Client self-mastery so that the Client is fully engaged in the vision he/she has for their life. Coaching is not intended to treat or diagnose any mental or psychological disease. Please consult your appropriate medical professional if you feel that you have a condition beyond what the coaching process can provide.
